Cancellation and rescheduling — Ormond Movers
Simple and symmetric: give us notice and it costs you nothing.

| Cancel 48 hours or more before your slot | Free — deposit refunded in full |
| Cancel inside 48 hours of your slot | Deposit is forfeited |
| Reschedule with 24 hours or more notice | Free — one free reschedule per booking |
| Reschedule inside 24 hours | Treated as a late cancellation of the original slot |
Notes:
- The deposit is 20% of the minimum charge, capped at A$100, and is credited to your final invoice when the job goes ahead.
- If we ever have to cancel (for example a vehicle problem we cannot solve in time), your deposit is refunded in full and we will help you rebook as a priority — you are never charged for a job we did not do.
